Tarèinâ
Graduation short film — 2025 (SOON AVAILABLE)
tarèinâ, from the Valaisan dialect, refers to the moment when melting snow reveals bare patches on the ground. This poetic and contemplative short film explores the impact of climate change on alpine landscapes, blending fiction and reality. In a post-touristic world, a ghostly skier carves down empty slopes, while the mythological figures of the Tshaggatta linger in the mountains. Through a sensory aesthetic and a near-silent narrative, tarèinâ questions our relationship with nature, memory, and the fading of a world once thought to be eternal.
